Hey, I'm Suzy,

The proud owner of Reveal Wellness.

But, that's just one of the many hats I wear. I’m also an entrepreneur, a mom to two sweet kids and two fur babes, a wife to my high school sweetheart, a daughter, an auntie and a friend.

My career as an RMT has been paved with numerous trainings and workshops, each carefully selected to pursue my own personal and professional self-interest and growth.

The longevity of my practice has been cultivated by my own experiences and learnings, all of which I'm grateful for on a daily basis. Afterall, we are our own best students and it just wouldn't be fun if I couldn't share it with YOU.

It's me, Ashley!

My first decade working with the body was as a personal fitness trainer. In this role my desire to understand the body was piqued and massage therapy felt like a natural progression.

The body’s vast intricacies have kept my curiosity and spurred on further studies including somatics, craniosacral therapy and more! It’s this insatiable quest, that I’m almost 20 years into, that has allowed me to become a body specialist.

The body’s vast intricacies have kept my curiosity and spurred on further studies including somatics, craniosacral therapy and more! It’s this insatiable quest, that I’m almost 20 years into, that has allowed me to become a body specialist.

My unique approach focuses on your body’s joints as well as soft tissue, infusing movement into the massage. I use a blend of Swedish techniques and craniosacral therapy. This style can be described as therapeutic relaxation.

I consider the whole body in both treatment and homework. I prescribe anything from a TV series to watch, a book to read, mindset work, as well as specific somatic movements to help you feel your best

I’m ready to support you in understanding YOUR body so that you can embody YOUR best self, AND MORE!
