Most people come to us carrying more than tension. They come with patterns they can't quite name, a body they've stopped trusting, and a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
Before we work on you, we sit with you. We ask questions and listen. We connect the dots between your life and what your body is holding, so that when you do receive treatment, your body is ready to actually let go.

We believe in building trust and safety as well as educating along the way so that YOU can understand just how POTENT YOU ARE.
