About the Retreat
Immersed in more than 4 km of walking trails, Meditation Hill & Circle of Trees you will solidify your inner knowing and connect to your intuition.
You allow the past to be the past and dissolve those subtle sticky patterns of perfectionism, pushing, doing too much, inner doubt, you name it, so that you can courageously meet each new moment with freedom and conviction. You’ll speak up and hold your own no matter who or what surrounds you, from life’s challenges to tricky relationships.
During the retreat...
Each evening we’ll have a special ceremony to help us let go of the hurts from our past, so that we can take healthier actions in our lives unencumbered by regrets, shame or anger. Immersing yourself in nature and restorative yoga will help relax your body and mind, making it easier to get clear on what you want and need and what brings you pleasure and joy.
By sharing with a group of like minded supportive folks, you’ll be able to open your heart and soul, knowing you are loved. The perfect safe environment for acknowledging your deepest desires without judgement.
By the end of the retreat...
You’ll return home feeling more alive and less stressed, ready to make those life changes you’ve been talking about for way too long. Anxiety and depression are common in today’s world, but by the end of this retreat, you’ll have the tools to help shift those feelings with honesty, confidence and grace. You’ll learn our favourite techniques for dealing with life from a calmer more centered place and you’d be surprised how easy this can be.

What is a subconscious imprinting session?
Imagine having the space held for you and taking the time to work through some of the deepest parts of yourself in community with others. Diving deep into some original programs that you know you have that seem to keep replaying in your life. Imagine facing it all and feeling the energy within a group to know you’re not alone to work through this. Feeling your way through all the feelings you need to move and metabolize them out of the body and build new neural pathways to serve who you are today and who you aspire to be.
SIT group sessions allow you to dive deep within your own patterns with others. This healing doesn’t have to be done alone and you don’t have to be done alone. With Group SIT, we will have the time to shine the light on what we know no longer serves us and our being. Together, we will work to reprogram and restore these original programs through reciting statements meant to trigger the emotions attached to these programs. This helps us to deepen our awareness and develop and imprint new empowering beliefs and decisions to propel new outcomes that align with the life, emotions, health and actions that you desire.
What is a cacao ceremony?
Using an ancient shamanic tool of moving medicine through the body through the magic of the cacao.
Combined with meditation, voice improvisation, breathwork, music and mantra we create a space to raise the vibration and connect with the spirit.
We use a cacao beverage made from 100% raw (unroasted) cacao paste which Jessica brought from her home in Costa Rica,
where it was processed from bean to paste by a small female founded business.
Cacao is an abundant superfood with numerous medicinal properties when it’s kept in its raw form.
During this ceremony we’ll focus on letting go of the illusion of stress, separateness and duality.
Connect with your heart chakra, lightness, light being and your birthright of bliss with the magical vehicle of Cacao.
Cacao ceremonies are a unique and beautiful experience inspiring love, freedom, growth and expansion through music and the magic of raw cacao.
Bring an open heart, mind, voice, drum, shakers or any other instrument you feel call
