Join Andrea with Antidote Movement for a class that is designed to help you soothe your nervous system and body.

This class will start with big, general movements to get the body warmed up, then work into more juicy mobility with the joints.

From here, it’s all gravy as we sink into stretches, breathwork, self massage and somatics.

Immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness as Michelle Anderson guides you through a Yin Yoga practice. During this practice, Suzy Alcantara will help you connect with your inner peace and tranquility through the healing energy of massage. Tiffany Sparrow will accompany the whole session with live music using singing bowls, to create a harmonious atmosphere to enhance your overall experience.

Whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness practitioner or new to the practice, this event welcomes all.

Rest & Reflection – A Winter Solstice Event

Winter Solstice is one of our favourite events to celebrate every year. This amazing session will start with a brief discussion about the flow of the class and introducing the featured organs for this season, the Kidney and Bladder.

As we enter into winter on the Solstice, we are called to also invite space and time to nourish, slow down and self reflect as we build up our energy reserves for the seasons to come.

During this event, Mud & Lotus will be taking us through an immersive sound journey, Christina will lead you through a short, gentle flow to move your Qi and eventually guide you through a Yin Yoga experience. This will entail longer held postures to open up the Kidney and Bladder meridians. While in these postures, Jenn will intuitively treat some participants with a couple of acupuncture points, and others with acupressure. Suzy will support others with gentle touch with intuitive massage techniques.

For this session you will nee a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a bolster, a throw blanket, and an eye pillow if you would like.
