Be immersed in a blissful Yin Yoga practice with Michelle while Jess and Suzy provide hands-on massage and adjustments throughout the practice!
This is a wonderful way to prepare yourself for a great night’s sleep and a be ready for the weekend.
Whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness practitioner or new to the practice, this event welcomes all.
BRUNCH & BLISS

LOCATION: Rig Hand Distillery (50158 Range Road 244A, Leduc County, AB)
Enjoy some gentle stretching and relaxation with Yin Yoga poses, a guided body scan and sound bath to ground your energy and reset your nervous system.
During this practice, you will also receive additional support and energy healing from our RMT Suzy while you are in your yoga poses.
In addition, there will be some optional essential oils offered throughout the session to deepen your experience.
After class, enjoy a warm complementary beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and a brunch buffet!
SOMATIC SOUNDS – A restorative soundbath and massage event.
DATE: Monday, February 26th, 2024 @ 7pm – 830pm
Facilitators: Restorative Yoga and Sound Therapist – Tiffany Sparrow.
Massage Therapist – Suzy Alcantara
Join us for a deeply rejuvenating event where you can immerse yourself in a blissful soundbath journey and experience the healing energy of massage and restorative savasana postures.
Together, Tiffany and Suzy will lead you through a session that combines the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, handpan, drum, chimes and voice along with intuitive therapeutic touch and massage.
Dedicate this evening to your well-being, you deserve it!
